Return and refund policy

AFFILIATE ECOM LLC has a 30-day return policy — this means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at support@drysteppro.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or faulty upon arrival.
  • You received an incorrect item (wrong variant, color, size, or model).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@drysteppro.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired product is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may make a new purchase for the replacement item.

Exceptions

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The returned item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
