Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Customers)
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@drysteppro.com and include the following:
- Your full name and order number
- The items you wish to return
- A clear statement that you are exercising your right of withdrawal (you may request our withdrawal form)
Return Shipping & Refunds
- Once we acknowledge your request, we will provide the return instructions and return address.
- Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.
- Upon receiving the returned goods, we will refund the amount you paid for the product(s) and, where applicable, the cost of standard delivery as required by law. Any additional delivery upgrades you selected (e.g., express shipping) are not refundable.
Non-EU/UK Returns
For customers outside the EU/UK, please contact us at support@drysteppro.com to request a return authorization and instructions. Our team will assist you with the next steps.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. However, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@drysteppro.com. Your request is considered timely based on the timestamp of your email. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
